CargoID Secure exists to give every company in the freight chain one clear, shared record of
who took custody of a load, and on whose authorization.
WHY WE STARTED
It started with a pickup that looked
completely normal.
The driver arrived with the right load number and the right paperwork. The freight was released. By the time anyone realized the pickup was fraudulent, the load was gone.

What happened next was just as revealing. The shipper, the broker, the carrier and the
warehouse each had their own records, and none of them could show who had actually
taken the freight or who had approved it. Everyone had done their part. Nobody could
prove the handoff.
The gap wasn't carelessness. Carrier vetting confirms that a company is real. Nothing in
the process confirmed that the person at the dock was the one who was supposed to be
there.
CargoID Secure is the step that was missing that day.

Verify the person, not just the company
A legitimate carrier can still be impersonated. Custody should go to averified human, assigned to a specific load.
Fast enough for a real dock
If security slows down a loading door, people route around it. A pickupcheck has to take seconds, not a phone tree.

Respect driver privacy
Drivers verify once with a trusted identity provider. CargoID doesn't store their license images or facial data. We keep the verification result, not thedocuments.
