The practical details
I'm an owner-operator. Does this work for me?
Yes. You set up your company and verify yourself as the driver.
How do drivers get the app?
Drivers download the CargoID Secure app from the App Store or Google Play. It takes less than two minutes to set up their profile.
Will drivers resist it?
Drivers complete an ID check once, at signup. After that, a pickup is a single scan. Legitimate carriers benefit too: it proves their name wasn't used by someone else
What if the driver can't get a code at the dock?
The facility follows its own exception process. Contact our customer service and we'll help sort it out.
