Do my shippers need to use CargoID?
Yes. The pickup facility scans the code, so it works on lanes where the shipper or warehouse is onboard. We'll help you bring your key shippers in, starting with the lanes you worry about most.
How do drivers get the app?
Drivers download the CargoID Secure app from the App Store or Google Play. It takes less than two minutes to set up their profile.
Will carriers resist it?
Drivers complete an ID check once, at signup. After that, a pickup is a single scan. Legitimate carriers benefit too: it proves their name wasn't used by someone else
Does this replace our carrier onboarding tools?
No. Keep them. They vet the company before you book. CargoID verifies the person at pickup.
